I was born and raised in Hayfield, MN as the oldest of four siblings in a family of educators—both of my parents are teachers. Growing up, my days revolved around learning and play. Play meant high school football, basketball, and baseball, with football continuing into my college years. Years of athletics brought their fair share of injuries, which led me to seek care from a local chiropractor. That experience not only helped me recover and perform at a higher level, but also shaped my future career path.
While my parents hoped one of us would follow in their footsteps as a teacher, I never envisioned myself as an educator in the traditional sense. However, I’ve found that teaching is a big part of my chiropractic practice. During every visit, my goal is twofold: to alleviate your pain and improve your performance, and to help you understand what’s causing the issue and how to prevent it from recurring.
These days, my movement practice looks a bit different. With my wife Lisa, I stay active by chasing around our two young sons, ages five and three, spending time in the weight room, or playing various sports. Outside of the clinic, you’re likely to find me in the kitchen experimenting with family recipes and trying to perfect old favorites.
I’m passionate about helping others feel and move their best, and I look forward to working with you!

B.A. in Sports and Exercise Science
Palmer Chiropractic College - 2020
University of Minnesota - Twin Cities
I was born and raised in Apple Valley, Minnesota, where I balanced my time between academics and athletics. My love for sports continued as I played football at the University of Minnesota, an experience that deepened my curiosity about the human body—how it functions and, just as importantly, what happens when it doesn’t function well. That curiosity ultimately guided me toward chiropractic care, a natural approach to healthcare that empowers patients to take an active role in their recovery and overall wellness.
In 2020, I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic, where I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree. I’ve also received specialized training in Rock Taping, a form of kinesiology taping that enhances muscle performance and recovery, and the Graston Technique, an instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization method designed to break up fascial adhesions and improve mobility. These tools allow me to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
When I’m not in the clinic, I spend my free time with my wife, Lucy, our son, Declan, our daughter Sawyer, and our dog. Whether we’re out exploring, enjoying family time, or relaxing at home, I value the balance between staying active and staying connected.
